The last round of Pro-Am is always a special event as it falls on the same weekend as the Evergreen State Fair. This means not only thousands of people at the speedway but also means an amazing assortment of food and activities to go along with the drifting on track.
The difference this year was running a 3/8ths layout for the final round that allowed the grassroots caged drivers to get a taste of pro-am, and it put forth some fantastic battles!
We also had a new voice on the mic for the first time which was none other than Pro-Am driver Ben Whyte!

I got an email a few weeks ago about helping out as a corner worker at Mission Raceway for the BC Historic Races that were getting closer.
The weekend was set to be perfect with nice sunny weather and some mid levelled temperatures. Alan McColl was one of a few drivers running dual duty for this weekend for multiple classes of racing.

Importfest has been coming to Vancouver on and off since 2001 and has been one of the longest standing car shows in the city. This year it was held at Rocky Mountaineer Station which is one of my least favourite venues due highly to the very limited parking for the spectators.
They still manage to bring out lots of locals to show off their works of art like Brian's STI ...
