GOOD NEWS! SHE LIVES!!!! Fixed my fuel rail problem... but still didn't start up?! I was literally pooping my pants. haha, so continued to do more research.. and found some stuff on youtube of a guy having the same issues. After 4 vid uploads he did he finally figured it out. ANd it was something that even i didnt read anywhere!
So the one thing that was keeping her from waking up, was connecting pin 16 eccs wire to the two orange wires on the 2 green relays. He had an automatic too.. so maybe its the only thing needed to be done differently? Either way, i'm happy!
Orange wires on both relays to orange wire pin 16

Also had a nasty kink in the fuel rail that i missed while it was out.

Cut and fixed until i get a new fuel rail

Also re-pined the igniter clips for the z32 igniter

Ahhhh, the sweet smell of success. Vids will be up of it running soon

Clean as fuuuuuuck man. Needs half/halfs for the bumper and the hood spacers to be taken out. Spoilerless trunk and crystal tails.

I personally dont like hood spacers... but my bov wont clear my hood. The adapter i got makes it stick up a little higher than factory. I'll be fixing that in the near future. But yea, half halfs would be clean... and origin style tails are coming soon too. I want to clean up the body first, get it sanded and smooth. Then paint of course. Glad you guys like it!

I've been keeping up on this thread as well. Very nice build. Gotta say, this is the way to do it right. I have to redo all my shit because I didn't do it right the first time. But daily drivers are definitely the key to making a track car cleaner and done properly, lol.

Updates def. slow down once you get it running. Or maybe im just lazy now. Anyways...
Here's the bracket i made for my throttle cable

Ok, here are some pics of my gauges before and after wire consolidation (pictures are from cell phone) Soldered and heat shrinked

Mounted
Heres a vid of the gauges (dont mind the music, the wife picked it out)
Since i finally got the tach working and correct, i can accurately time this thing. Thinking about siphoning the gas out so I can get some premium in there. I have this whole weekend off so more to come.

Sorry guys, havent been updating this as much. Not as much traffic here as on Nico. But just for you're viewing pleasure...
Update
So did the first flush of the tranny fluid and motor oil. For the transmission gear oil, i went with Redline's Shockproof lightweight. Expensive stuff, but well worth it. 1st to 2nd is a lot cleaner now. Even with my short throw. Loving it

I was contemplating whether i should just prep the entire car instead of just painting the front black. I still dont have my rear over fenders nor do i have the money for wheels w/ crazy fitment. So i just did the front to get me by. I'm tired of the 4 diff colors on my car

Scuffed (phone pics)

And, pre cut and buff

Overall, im content. I want to see what it looks after i wet sand and polish it. That will come tomorrow.
I also have a blitz turbo timer coming in, as well as an SAFC. I kno i kno, but for 40 bucks why not!? haha

Ok, So did a few more things today. Remember that SAFC that i was getting? Well good news is that it works (seller wasnt sure and couldnt hook it up cause he didnt have the sub harness), but pretty scuffed up. But for 40 bucks you can flame me all you want for gettin an safc lol. Took it apart, and painted it low gloss black... looks a lot better

Even took some 3M polishing compound and removed a lot, almost all of the scratches

Legit

Also got a brand new blitz turbo timer/digital boost gauge from someone local for 60 bucks.. steeeeal

So, here's the setup so far. SAFC hooked up correctly, runs perfect. (no tune yet obviously) Turbo timer installed and i'll be ordering two more gauges for the vent and we're good (fuel pressure and oil pressure).

Stay tuned folks...

Well, at first all i planned for was to rebuild my ka and convert to 5 speed. But my friend said he could hook it up with this RB for less than what i would pay for the parts to rebuild. Couldn't pass up an RB motor set for a little over a G shipped. And i'm not looking for serious power. Just a fun weekend car to drive

Thanks guys
Ok, So first thing... dont get me wrong, brick headlights are legit. In my opinion, cleanest compared to duals and triples (again imo). But as all of you may know, it feels like a MAG flashlight could light up the road better. So I upgraded to 6k hids and I can finally see. Need to upgrade the corners with some LED bulbs.
Stock

Comparison (for some reason my point and shoot camera made it look green/blue-ish, but in person looks pure white)
And done

Slim ballast

Low beam only... H4
Oh, and you all remember that red lip i got a while back... well quick prep, flat black'd and installed. Seriously looks 10X better. Presence goes up 5pts

Love it...
Oh, and here's a pic of the JDM tight Silvia Key Hide on a wingless trunk
Probably going to prep that soon as well, wondering if i should go wingless. I was also thinking of picking up an r32 wing and slapping it on there. We'll see.
