Altia R34 race wheels 18X9.5 0 offset -
10-14-2006, 12:44 PM
Wheels are sold!!! Thanks for looking!!
I need money for my motor!! So I'm selling these wheels. I haven't ever seen wheels like this on any other car, I got them from a guy in California in May and I barley drove on them since I got them. He told me that they came off an R34 race car that was sponsored by Altia. I did a search on them, but I couldn't come up with anything except die cast models for the car, but it has these wheels!
As the title says, they're 18 X 9.5 with 0 offset. They fit on my S14 allright with 225/40 18s, but they rub a little in the back when the suspension is compressed.
$1000 or interesting trades welcome, I need an exhaust, and I could use a new turbo for my SR.

Yep, comes with tires. The tires in the front are pretty good, maybe 50-60 % the rears are almost gone.
And yes that's an E34 M5 in the back, it's my dads.

If those were a zero offset they would be 4 3/4 inches of space between the hub and the outer lip.. which would make them stick out of the fenders another 3 inches or so.
I'm not saying its a bad thing, these are sweet wheels! But if it had a zero offset, they would definatly not fit like that, you'd need widebody fenders for sure.
They look very similar to r33 GT-R wheels, but not exactly. These might be aftermarket GT-R Replica's.

Hope that helps...

Sorry guys, looks like I haven't replied to this thread in a while. The tires are pretty much junk so I'm not willing to lower the price w/o them. They're kinda like a bonus!!
They weigh about 22 lbs each.
Maximus, maybe you're talking about a S13, because as you can see on my car, they don't stick out 3 inches on my S14. They are for sure 0 ofsett, I've seen 5Zigens 18X9.5 with + 12 ofsett, and these for sure stick out further than them.

Your positive that the hub sits directly in the middle of the wheel. 4.75 inches away from either lip?
It doesnt matter which chassis its on, s14's are not that much bigger than s13 fenders. I just so happen to have put a set of 17x9 FN01-RC's +20 offset, on an s14 last thursday. The front touched the fender when turning, the rear barely fit.. He just turned the dampening up on his coils to drive home before lifting the car. His wheels stuck out just as far as yours, and I suggested rolling his fenders. We put the same wheels on my friends s13, and he had to roll his fenders slightly.
I deal with this everyday at work. I'm not talking bad about your sweet wheels, but if those were 0 offset, you'd need widebody, they would not sit like that.

If it helps.. i'm running 18x10" +32 offset with a 20mm spacer in the front with rolled fenders and it sits pretty flush with the fender, and 18x10.5 +20 offset with a 5mm spacer in the rear with rolled fenders and it clears ... I could see these fitting, but they'd be close...

Myabe you're being thrown off because of the size of the tires? They're 225/40 18s. They're really stretched. If you're directly behind the car, you can see that the lips of the wheels stick out further than the tires.

Cone why don't you take a pic of the inside of the wheel where the offset it usually stamped to find out for sure.
