hes wondering why someone would take out the rb and put in an sr to a skyline.

i still dont understand, if you have enough money to import a skyline(even if its 4dr, and has a rb35de) you should have enough money to put an rb26 or a rb25det.
thats what i was trying to get at.

SR is lighter than an RB and parts are cheaper. Plus you'll proabably get better gas mileage too.

chances are he bought it with no motor or imported the motor/chassis seperate and did something else with the motor cause he wanted an sr instead or something? idk
i think it's legit.
