Are we talking about the Mt. Spokane road as being aggressive and twisty? Or some other road. I don't remember there being 700+ foot drops, just some medium drop off's near the top but thats about it.
Stealth240sx - Intsead of trying to rent the track out, you should see what it would take to get the first "event" or drift before a stateline race. By doing this, the track is already open, they already have fire/medical on hand, and people are already going out there to watch racing. Instead of them having to come out on a random day, open everything up and get everything ready.

the road we're talking about is called "the spiral" in lewiston ID. You can look it up on youtube. It's pretty intense, i havent seen too many Mt roads that have heavily banked corners. Definitely worth the drive down there.

So you guys are doing a run up Mt. Spokane on Sunday? Is the "Spiral" the old Lewiston Highway?

I was out at Stateline Speedway last night for some racing. The track looks very do-able and looks like it would be fun to drive. The inner paved part to outer bank is not a nasty transition at all. There's plenty of room on the outside of each bank if someone were to spin or swerve. And definitely plenty of room to get up to high second or third gear depending on your ratio.
The only bad thing is there is not a huge stage right in the middle of the paved figure eight. I'm not sure if it's something that can be moved or not but it makes it so the figure eight can't be used. Lets get talks going.

- 91 coupe...<o> signal!..
me and inpahn drifted it couple years back...70-80mph entries...youll never make it if you do under 60mph...around the wide banks...the lower banks yes...but inpahn and i were doing 3rd gear entries...then the stateline guy told us to slow it down a bit...but go out there with the sr if they let you test out the track...but the only thing is...if you crash into a wall you crash hard..so kids...sign your waivers!...one insight as well...its very very sticky on the higher banks...due to the slicks that the other car events run with so its kinda dangerious id say in a way...but...its do-able...

I saw a red hatch with exhaust and a bit lowered up on francis heading east the other day (wednesday I think). I never seem to be driving my own car when I see other 240's. And I RARELY ever see 240's around here. Where are they all at?

Haha Rick, I knew about yours. I just never see them running around spokane, like at all. Come to think of it, I don't ANY corollas or rx7s. WTF. Don't hide kids.
If anyone knows of an S14 shell or 85-87 Corolla GTS only, let me know. I'm in the market.
