Turbocharger
Wastegate
Turbo exhaust manifold
Intercooler piping
Intercooler
Blow Off Valve (optional but highly recommended to make your turbine last)
Most likely Bigger Injectors
Most likely stronger Fuel Pump
Some kind of tune & ECU
Other small things like (optional depending on set up) coolant & oil lines, boost controller, oil cooler, gauges, turbo timer and so on.

Mine took alot of work. but depending on parts availability. yours could be much easier. i had to machine a plate to reverse my intake plenum so it faced forwards. i also had to build the whole exhuast manifold. and since mine came carborated, i ran a stand alone ecu. it was a ton of fun to build! would i do it again? doubtfull. lol. but it was fun to drive

Yea. I only lost like 6g's on it! Lol. I miss it. But I'll be happy once my new 240's done.

ka24e? if so you have a forged steel crank rods and pistons that are 8.5:1 compression ratio so you can run some slow boost without to many worries a rebuild is always good though
you'll need all of this
Turbocharger
Wastegate
Turbo exhaust manifold
Intercooler piping
Intercooler
Blow Off Valve (optional but highly recommended to make your turbine last)
Bigger Injectors
255+ Fuel Pump
tuned ecu or full stand alone tuning software nistune is a great choice along with many others
Other small things like (optional depending on set up) coolant & oil lines, boost controller, oil cooler, gauges and so on.
