best upgrade for most power on na ka24de?

Get your feet wet with an aftermarket intake. They are cheap and an easy DIY job.

Then, if you're comfortable with how the engine is running I would play around with ignition timings. This is also on the cheap.

IMHO full tune-up. You'd be amazed how much plugs/wires/adjust timing and valves/new O2/new fluids etc. can wake up those motors.

My buddy flushed his fuel system and the injectors were super dirty and after he did that it ran so much better and feel a bigger power difference. just do what Nismo180 said. Dont bother upgrading the ka unless you boost it or do a full on na build. .02$

pretty much what everyone else said but if you want to start making more than the 20-30 hp extra look into making a ITB setup, thats where your gonna make real power with a na, but you will have to get some kind of standalone or ecu tune to make it work so it starts getting expensive real quick
