Ok so when I bought my 92 240, I knew there was something wrong with the clutch. So I replaced the clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing, got the flywheel machined... But then after the next time it was a hot day my clutch would start slipping again... It was like when the clutch got hot or mostly when the temperature was hot it would slip very bad, at points I could not move, or even start the car in gear without the clutch in :S...
SO I took it back in and go tthe hydraulic system completely cleaned/flushed etc... and then it was working fine again until yesterday wehen the temperature was hot again...
The guy was saying there is some thing on the clutch line that most cars do not have that's lik a cooler... And I might have to replace this..
Has anyone had these problems before? Is this the problem? Could it be something else? Thanks guys..

What he said. And after this jerk puts in the right new parts, never go back for anything.
Hydraulic fluid cooler, maybe on a fighter plane.

Only the Throw OUT bearing AND if the Flywheel was faced incorrectly which caused it to glaze over prematuraly.. OR NOT cut down as they said......

could it be a problem with the clutch slave cylinder?
also, the "cooler" that he's talking about is not a cooler, it's just the stupid complicated way Nissan did the hydraulic clutch lines. they double back and go into a little black box. basically, when you replace your slave and/or master cylinder you can get aftermarket clutch lines and get rid of the overly long stock lines along with the little "cooler". sorry, i can see it in my head but i can't describe it properly.

i am having the same problem as we speak, ive had a slave cyl, master cyl replaced along with new clutch plate, pressure plate, resurfaced flywheel, throwout bearing and pilot bushing. that cooler thing is actually called a "clutch line connector" in my 240sx manual and it has no rubber parts to wear out inside so i dont see how it can fail. all that i can think of it being is air in the line, try bleeding the master cylinder separately and then bleed the rest of the line
